Big Rideau Lake Association Water Testing

The Rideau Waterways is a UNESCO Heritage Site and the Big Rideau Lake Association is dedicated to community based water monitoring through Water Rangers to implement sampling protocols for long term use and identify field sites that are at risk. The BIg Rideau Lake works together with RVCA to do water testing and our data is sent to Water Rangers.ca. Our water quality is changing and BRLA wants to monitor the water to ensure we have advanced knowledge of any deterioration. Our lake is being used by many different groups and is under a lot of pressure.
